The focus of the coach supported sessions will be supporting technical execution and creating program adjustments for athletes as they progress through intermediate & advanced movements & weight-lifting skills. The goal is to build athletic capacity on all planes of movement, as well as develop self-care and competition preparation routines. Through a progressive system we will develop power, strength, speed, and muscular endurance. In addition to the 2-3 x week coach supported sessions, athletes will have gym access through full membership, a weekly program on Teambuildr, entry and exit physical testing for performance tracking, and access to our exclusive Titan Performance education resource centre, which focuses on nutrition, sleep performance, recovery, and mental performance strategies.
