Titan Performance is excited to add a new Adult Fitness flavor to our menu!

Join coach Jon Coish as he takes you through a full hour class designed for those wanting to improve their overall fitness capacity across a broad spectrum of movements. Jon will be looking to improve all components of fitness such as strength, power, cardiovascular endurance, stamina, flexibility, coordination, agility, speed, and balance. Programming will include gymnastic-based skills, Olympic weightlifting, strength progressions, and HIIT style workouts. Each session will include skill or strength work followed by a workout of the day. Everything that is done will have scaleable options, making it perfect for all abilities. All equipment will be utilized during this class. This is designed for the individual who wants to progressively develop skills while improving their overall fitness level.

Adult Fitness Class packs and Premium Memberships can be used for this class.

Classes will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 630-730pm.

What a spring for the Titan youth athlete development kids 👏

As we move into summer, many kids are going into off-season periods with relation to their sport. We really put emphasis on the systems that translate to performance increases for the next season, but also support them in healthy, active living for life. This includes intensive speed development, plyometrics, reactive agility, and conditioning; as well as continued technical development on strength and power support in the weight room.

Through our summer program, we will continue to place emphasis on balanced nutrition, sport psychology strategies, and mature problem solving in addition to the robust physical training they will be receiving.

Our overarching goal at Titan Performance is to create youth who are set apart because they are disciplined, tenacious, and skilled in ways notably different from their peers.

We are excited to announce our partnership with the Smithers Steelheads of the CIHL as they prepare for the 2024-25 season.

We will be taking care of all their gym access, coach Riley Coish is providing their meticulously designed off season physical prep program, and coach Jamie McCartney will be holding in person off season sessions to refine their technical capacities around speed, power, and conditioning.

Head Coach and local hockey legend Jeremy Chadsey states, “the speed of hockey has increased to a point where it is impossible to succeed without elite off ice training. Our partnership with Titan performance is the next step in our on-ice success.”

We are proud to support all levels of hockey in the community and hope to catch many of you at the games next season.
