Titan Video Flow – Move with Nathan
Following a program can be challenging – exercise names are hard to remember. Sometimes your home doesn’t have the equipment your program suggests. Sometimes you just don’t have the time or the freedom to get to the gym. Move with Nathan includes two at-home workouts, each taking around 30 minutes, requiring no gym equipment. Nathan will take you through a workout, demonstrating the technique and explaining the details as you go along. The only thing you need to do is click play & pause.
This program is most appropriate for people:
- With little to no exercise experience
- With little to no exercise equipment
- Who can’t get time away from the home or office
- Who are tired of making exercise decisions and intimidated by the technical requirements
