RILEY COISH - BKin., CSCS

Titan Level 2 Performance Coach
[email protected]

Born and raised in Smithers, Riley grew up playing several sports, but hockey was clearly his favourite and Smithers Minor Hockey became cornerstone of his youth. Throughout his experiences as an athlete he realized how much he enjoyed the health aspects. It had such a large impact on him that he decided to pursue an education in Kinesiology, and ultimately return to Smithers and positively impact the health & wellness of the community that provided a wealth of experiences for him.

“I was lucky enough to have several great coaches, trainers, and mentors through my years as a student and athlete. My hope is that I can pay the service that they provided me forward into the community. I will always be involved with athlete development, but my passion, what truly motivates me, is supporting community focused health and wellness. I want to be able to create experiences inside the gym that give people the opportunity to do what they love outside the gym. I hope to develop relationships with Physiotherapists, Doctors, and other health providers in the community to be able to better serve everyone in their health goals. Ultimately my goal is to see you a few times a week inside the gym, but more importantly, see you on the trails, lakes, and mountains as well!”
