Youth Athlete Development: TEEN

AGES: 13 – 16

Sept 12th – Nov 24th (21 or 11 Classes)

  • Monday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
  • Thursday: 6:30pm – 7:30pm

The focus of these sessions will be on developing technically sound base for more advanced strength exercises, advancing fundamental movement skills, and building athletic capacity. Through a progressional system we will develop power, strength, speed, and muscular endurance.

Sessions will incorporate education on important topics like sleep, nutrition, mental performance, and self care modalities so we are giving some actionable items for everyone to take home.
