Youth Athlete Development: PRE-TEEN

AGES: 10 – 13

2 x Week: Sept 13th – Dec 15th (28 Classes)

  • Tues & Thurs 4:00pm – 5:00pm

1 x Week: Sept 17th – Dec 17th (14 Classes)

  • Saturday 10:00am – 11:00am

The focus of these sessions will be on fundamental movement skills, building athletic capacity, and introducing kids to gym based exercises. Through a progressional system we will develop power, strength, speed, and muscular endurance.

Each session will incorporate games and challenges to make being active FUN. Games will be utilized to cover other important topics like sleep and nutrition so we are giving some actionable items for everyone to take home.
