Titan Power Hour
A full hour class designed to help you progress gym specific metrics like strength, power, and muscular endurance. Programing will include strength progression, gymnastics-based skill sessions, intro to Olympic lifting, and circuits style workouts designed to challenge your movement capacity. All equipment will be utilized for these classes. This is designed for the individual who enjoys fitness and most likely wants to work towards specific strength, rep, or time numbers inside the gym. The intent will be to assist you in maximizing your peak fitness capacity.
