Sport Performance Training: FALL 2022
AGES: 13 – 18 (**Must have completed at least 1 term of YAD before moving up**)
- Wednesday & Friday 5:00pm – 7:00pm
- Training window for staggered to support athlete start and finish time needs
The focus of the coached sessions will be progression to intermediate & advanced movement & weight-lifting skills, building athletic capacity on all planes of movement, and developing self care and competition preparation routines. Through a progressional system we will develop power, strength, speed, and muscular endurance. In addition to the 2 x week coach led sessions, athletes will have gym access through full membership, a weekly program of work to execute outside group sessions, fulfill ongoing phhysical testing for performance tracking, and be supported through education surrounding nutrition, sleep performance, and mental performance strategies.
